It all happens in real time: you can ask questions via your microphone, share content, participate in hands-on exercises and take part in group discussions.

You will need a webcam and microphone-equipped headset so you can be seen by and speak with the teacher. You will hear the teacher's presentation, the questions made by other participants and all in-class discussions through your headset.
During practical exercises, you will be able to share your computer screen with the teacher to show your progress or get assistance and feedback. You can even allow the teacher to take control of your computer remotely for guidance during exercises. 7. How do I test and validate my equipment?
You can run a quick system test by following the instructions provided in the previous question.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be requested to schedule an equipment test and validation with a member of our staff to ensure you can successfully access your LFS Live virtual classroom.
This system validation is mandatory and must be completed before the course start date. Failure to complete this will impede your ability to attend the course.

9. How will I have access to my course materials?
As an online delegate, your course material will be delivered to your address before the course start date. Once your material has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Online delegates must connect to their LFS Live sessions using Greenwich Mean Time (GMT/UTC) zone. From March to October the British Summer Time (BST = GMT/UTC +1:00) zone applies.
Online delegates will be asked to log in 30 minutes prior to the start of their class on the first day. This will allow time to test their virtual classroom settings before the live class begins.
11. How can I get technical assistance if I experience problems during my course?
Our support team will be available online at least an hour before the start of your live session as well as during the class to provide technical support or answer any questions.
